Wanted: Cheat-code to force the sink-trader to restock. : Fallout: New Vegas

I know that I could go outdoors and hit "rest" for three days, but since I play hardcoe that would cost alot of water.
So I wonder if anyone has a PC cheat-code to FORCE it to restock.
Either that or I will cheat in some supplies on myself cause man this is getting ridicolus!!!
