That one, correct?

I also want to point out it looks like a small wheel, and it seems to be wide, I don't remeber seeing any wheel like that in the gae.

That is the wheel I'm looking at and the angle its leaning at looks too strange to be able to stay in the trailer. Compared to the Courier and his distance from it the wheel actually looks like it could be larger then usual.

The glowing spikes on the trog demons face look like the ones on the smaller one, and you can see a slight outline of its legs.

EDIT: also the yellow things on the bigger ones cheeks look the same on the smaller one

Although, I don't see any outlines of it's legs, it probably is a small glowy trog thing. We had Trog Fledglings and we have Spore Carrier Runts, so it's very likely we'll see a sort of Glowy Thing cub(?)

It could very well be the weakest variant of those creatures if they used the same model as the trogs and the spore carriers. If you guys remember, the weakest version was quite a bit smaller than the average and stronger ones.

or maybe they're all tiny

If you look to the right of the player in the screenshot, there is a smaller version of the large scaly trog-like creature in the foreground. And the player clearly isn't firing straight at the 'bigger' one, so the camera could be possitioned so it looks alot bigger than it actually is. Meaning they could all be tiny which would be pretty cool.

Nice spot, seems we might have various sizes.

They should make water pistols an available weapon in that case!

It's probably another DNA splicing experiment gone wrong from the Big MT, probably a splice between human and some reptilian creature.
