I recently got the urge to start playing Morrowind again, it was many years since last time. I've just installed Morrowind Overhaul 2011 and it looks absolutely stunning. Aside from Overhaul I don't want a lot of mods in the game, but I'm a real collector when it comes to games as Morrowind. I like to collect mainly all sets of armor in the game, as well as high-end weapons, artifacts and other odd/rare items. And thus I need a place to store them and display them.

I'm looking for a simple house mod that is compatible with the Overhaul that fits my needs, it should be cozy but functional and have a lot of mannequins for my armor sets. In Oblivion I used a basemant mod that added a basemant to all purchasable houses, and it was really perfect. Not a lot of rooms and a lot of display tables and mannequin spots to show all collected items. Does anyone know of a house mod for Morrowind that would fit my needs? I'm aware that there are a lot of castle mods out there, but I would much rather have a smaller house.

Most mods should work really. I cant think of any special house mods, but there is plenty.
