Burned Up Farm House

Post » Tue Sep 06, 2011 10:19 am

So in the Skyrim forum people were talking about hoping for more Hackdirt-esque quests and content, and I remembered that somewhere else in Oblivion I ran across a farmhouse which was obviously destroyed, and inside the building I found a bunch of skeletons, specifically skulls.

I never got prompted with a journal entry or even a name for the settlement, so I was wondering it was part of a quest, or just a cool addition. I feel like it was geographically near to Hackdirt, so it could just be implied that they killed/captured the inhabitants for earlier sacrifices.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Perhaps it's http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Isolated_House

Thanks for your help, I had never seen any of those locations before, and they are very cool.

But someone suggested http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Weatherleah, and I think that's it. Why I was never prompted (or if I was, why I forgot) I can't say.

*edit

The UESP says that there is a specific point between the back of the house and a tree which must be walked near, otherwise you won't be told the name of the location.

Must be Weatherleah. Destroyed by Orcs and full of skeletons inside. I like this Quest... By the way you can use the help of the two brothers for Odiil farm quest which is quite near.

Ogres not Orcs :)

The OP's location does sound like Weatherleah. There are skeletons (bones) inside and you get a quest update.
