Will Skyrim PC version have godmode? : V

Okay, I just wondering if the PC version of Skyrim wil lhave the godmode cheat which was in Oblivion? I really liked that cheat and how simple it was to enable it.

Console commands are included in the games code for developing purposes. That being said, they will probably be included. IF by some bizarre chance that they are not included, god items or godly alterations could be made via the creation kit.
