Far East Poetry

Post » Tue Sep 06, 2011 4:05 pm

Frigid winter he was,
until he found his dove.
A thousand thoughts then did swirl,
all about a single girl.

His heart fit to burst,
he prepared for the worse.
Then he asked her for a kiss,
a chance he could never miss.

From two very different worlds,
understanding soon did unfurl.
And the loved blossomed forth,
Of the cold blooded warmth.

More interpretive than my last one. Also it is not done and needs a lot of tweaking IMO.

Thanks! Just trying it out. I am an artist with a new medium lol. This one was kind of half a**ed though. I'll be sure to post up more. Would love to read some other peoples stuff.

It may be half-a**ed, but it was a nice half.

I quite liked it :)
