The voice actor is same as Roger Cross. I don't see any different.

Agreed, I hope they don't go overboard with that. Although I've got the feeling that eventually, the Courier might be able to convince him that his view of the perfect post war nation is just as insane as everyone else's.

I would prefer to talk with him rather than fight him, but I wouldn't mind an epic battle after talking with him.

Same here, Ulysses sounds like a really interesting character from what we know so far, and I would almost hate to kill him. I hope there is an option to become allies with Ulysses as well, because from what I've heard so far, I kinda like his opinions on the various factions.

Well you can convince Graham that killing Salt-Upon Wounds is wrong and also use speech checks to convince the Think Tank not to fight you. I don't see why you can't "speech" your way to peace in this DLC.

I'm already preparing a super-facepalm if I'm forced to kill him.
