I'm new to the forum but not to the awesomeness that is Morrowind.
Recently I started a new game with the Necessities of Morrowind-mod to give the game some more RP-elements. I love the mod so no problems there but one thing I've noticed is: say it's 10 AM in the morning and I decide I want to skip ahead to the next day, usually I'd just rest say 18 to 20 hours to get the next morning. However, with NOM active this seems to present me with hunger penalties that cannot be eaten away so I'm stuck with them. I guess it's to be expected as the script probably calculates the penalties based on when you last ate and since you missed two meals sleeping and then only cancels the effects of the last time you missed lunch or dinner leaving the other penalties intact.
I disabled it after it did that tot me and started a new character as I wasn't too far into the current one anyway but after playing the new one for a while I found I missed the things that NOM adds.
It could be that I'm remembering it wrong and that I went to sleep with hunger-penalties and that they wouldn't go away afterwards even when eating.
I was just wondering if one of these two scenarios sound familiar to anyone. The solution to both of these seems simple enough: don't sleep on an empty stomach and wake up to eat before sleeping on.
If anyone could clarify this for me I'd be grateful. I'm planning to do my own quest-mod involving a Khajit with a severe moonsugar problem on a rescue mission that is probably going to involve some heavy scripting as I need to keep track of him getting his moonsugar fix and I'm wondering if this is more like a bug or a limitation of the engine / scripting.
