I'm just going to explore and go where my feet take me. However, I'll always be on the lookout for places/things of interest. It would definitely be cool to find the buried ruins of some ancient city. One thing I like about TES is there is always something interesting no matter where you look. I like to just take it all in.

As a dragonborn, you write the history.

Absolutely. Like TheNIGHTMother posted, I will explore solitude, and Winterhold (I will spend lots of time there as Archmage or the equivalent), and various border ruins etc. etc. I loved finding Savadaar Leed in Oblivion, and reading about how Alessia had been raised there as a slave of the Ayelids of olde.
