How can i get more "into" Morrowind

Post » Wed Sep 07, 2011 10:53 pm

Well, So i got this game some time ago and really like it at first, but after a short amount of time i just got tired of it. I loved Oblivion, and still play it even after so many hours of time spent with it. I don't really know why i can't get interested in this game, i see it has allot to offer but i just can't get interested. I have joined to imperial legion, worked on the main quest a little bit and did some side quest, and then i lost interest. Any ideas on what i should do to enjoy this game more? Any specific quest, locations, or tips for a low-level character are welcome.
Also i'm on xbox 360, so no mods.
Thanks

The cool, fun or interesting quests often starts at higher ranks in different factions, not to mention the main quest.
So advance in ranks makes it more exciting (usually),there is some fetch that get that even at higher ranks but even so they are somewhat fun.

Oblivion bored the holy be-jesus out of me as will (I think) Skyrim. Morrowind requires much more from the person that Oblivion did so getting engrossed in the game play is easier (in my opinion).

I made it my mission to read every single book and do every quest. Find something you want to do like alchemy for instance and try to figure out the way to make the best potion. Read everything the NPC's tell you and learn about the world itself which should absord you into it making it interesting by default.

Good luck with your particular needs in the game and for God's sake sell the x-box and buy a PC :D

It's hard to help you if we don't know why you've lost interest. Just saying, "I've lost interest. I don't know why," doesn't give us much to work with. I could try to guess what things might keep you interested but, to be honest, without any information I would feel like I was wasting my time.

I'm inclined to agree with da mage: maybe Morrowind just isn't for you.

I think artifact hunting is a great way to stay interested in the game. Also you should get a house you can put all your crap in there instead of a big pile on the ground.

Lend Oblivion to a friend who wont return it for a few months.
That way, when you hunger for some TES goodness, you'll have to settle for Morrowind.
