Sorry, but until you decide you really want the help enough to include the normal problem reporting information, it's simply a case of "Nothing In = Nothing out".

and ?m clickig the new game and

and ?t goes back main menu and freez

Uninstall the game, and then reinstall it somewhere OUTSIDE of the program files folder. C:\Games\Oblivion would be good.
