I havent been playing the game for last 2 months so i wasnt around for last couple patches, but can anyone confirm if bullets drop energy to zero when hit in cloak mode? And im not talking about kvolt just regular weapons.

Confirming...and you sorta kill faster when the person is cloaked and you shoot him.
