Why isn't there a collectors edition that smaller game shops

I live in Australia, and frequent a store called In2Games in Mount Gambier, I like to get all my games from there as I am then helping out a local business, but Skyrim has annoyed me, as there are many different varieties of the collectors edition, such as the one in EB Games and the store Game, but when i asked about Skyrim from In2Games, they could not order in a collectors edition because they are a small gaming store, I thought that was a joke.
Morrowind only had the one collectors edition, that was in a box and it stayed the same no matter where you got it from, now Skyrim is selling out to the big gamins stores and not realising one collectors edition that any store can have for sale, but many different ones only a few stores can receive.

If I am wrong and there is a collectors edition that a 100% independent store can order in for me let me know, because right now this is making me so mad, I might not even get Skyrim, even though I have been waiting for this since Oblivion was first announced.

Err wait, I thought I replied to this already?

Have you tried checking on pre-ordering through Amazon? Small consolation I know, as I'm sure you are kinda ticked.
