Oh, I am sorry then, it seems that I have been misled by the screenshot...

No need to apologize buddy.

I don't think it would be too uncommon to expect a few ancient artifacts from previous games to have survived buried deep in some dungeon or cave, or underwater for that matter. These things are magical or enchanted and would probably last a lot longer than "normal" weapons.

This would be perfect for my Agronian on my second play through. I am going to have him dual wield axes.

That's one cool Battle Axe there. Since bats are in the game, maybe it will be hidden a cave full of them?

I would love more one of a kind artifacts in Skyrim with a history behind them. Also, don't make all of them quest related.

nice axe, i wonder if it would sell for a lot in skyrim (even though i might just add it to my colection)

but i think the ice blade of the monarch, the staff of hasedoki, and the staff of mangus would be just as great additions

Then I am sorry for apologizing needlessly !

Would you then say that the hypothesis that the Queen of Bats could be Nocturnal is acceptable, since it is likely to be of Daedric fashion?

Yes, I love the Ice Blade of the Monarch too, and I hope that some day, we'll see a Frost Monarch in an Elder Scrolls game...

The Staff of Hromir, too, from Oblivion, would be pretty nice to find in Skyrim...
