Check it out, looks great:

I'm definitely picking this game up and getting achievements. It's going to be a download only title. Wonder how much it'll run us?

Yeah I just watched gametrailers myself. Here's to hoping the issues that plague Crysis 2 are not present in Crysis:Remastered. I guess we'll know next month if it's as buggy as Crysis 2.

Where did you see that it will be download only, out of curiosity?

After Geoff, when Cevat started talking, I'm almost certain he said "digital distributed only". He has a thick accent, though, so I might have missheard him.

Like a month ago I read an article on Joystiq that this was a rumor. Now that it's confirmed I am exited and confused. Can't deny that I am feeling slightly betrayed after them just abandoning the multiplayer for Crysis 2 but my love for Crysis is unstoppable soooo I await this remastered release. In that "rumor" article I also read that it was supposed to be download only. I do not know how this game will be anything less than a 5GB download. So with that size I don't think it's going to be the standard $15 release.

Also I am curious about multiplayer for this. The multiplayer for Crysis 1 was VERY different than that of Crysis 2. Which alienated a lot of the Crysis 1 fanboys. I personally want to play Power Struggle so I hope this version includes it. Nothing like blowing up your opponents base with nuclear weapons.

One pro about this is that from the video footage it looks like the game is running at 60 frames per second.

Crytek will not get support in any way from me anymore, they treated us like dirt in Crysis 2. No more than a playground to test their little Cryengine 3. Maybe, MAYBE ill buy the game if the reviews are good, and if they keep it updated. But they can burn now for all i care.

If you want proof that gamers are like crack heads see the above post, no offense etc. There is something really wrong with gamers, and it's not unlike one who is craving a fix. I often call those that hunt for achievements, "achievement junkies," but they don't like that term all too much, they even prefer "achievement whore." But I digress. Sorry for that.

Think about it seriously for a minute. How many gamers found out about the whole GameStop Deus Ex fiasco, and will continue to shop there to get that quick fix? Gamers eat sh*t sandwiches everyday. We eat it up, and all we ask is that the we are provided a once of ketchup [patches and support post release]. With Crysis 2, we did not even get that once, and so my stomach churns, disagreeably.

I can't imagine downing yet another one of Crytek's heaping Stinkers. They can take this port to the bank, but they won't earn another cent from me.

What has Crytek done, or Crysis 2, specifically that deserves your unconditional "love?" Why is this love "unstoppable." If we don't start becoming more organized and discerning, companies will continue to operate as Crytek has because it's easier and more cost effective. I hereby call my fellow gamers to arms. We must must must boycott this title. Let us only play it if it can be stolen or purchased secondhand just to spite these bit*ches.

Gonna be another rushed game in October release before the big games come out. Money hungry company, laying off workers. Will wait for this.

Enjoy!

Yeah. There are still issues in Crysis 1 (pc) that will never be fixed by Crytek. However, it has nothing as bad as the plague of bugs that are in Crysis 2. I just hope with all hope that the grain glitch is fixed in this new version of Crysis and it doesn't carry over from Crysis 2.

If they do I have a feeling somebody will sue their ass considering they acknowledged... but Crysis will be released on CryEngine 3... so let's hope they fixed the issues I mean since there is no MP there is only SP to work on... please release a demo....

OMG!!!!!! *crys*

The trailers looks amazing XD

I will be getting this game no matter what! It looks like it's been remastered with the CryEngine2. Looks fantastic for an Xbox Version! I've just spent £1500.00 on a new PC so hopefully the remastered version will come out on that as well!

You mean "remastered with the Cryengine3" I believe.

Yes, it's being reported by all the game news sites. It's sp only.

"By bringing the single-player campaign to console, we believe we are again setting a new standard for quality in downloadable gaming,"

Notice he didn't say they are bringing the game(SP+MP) to console, he specifically said they are bringing the "single-player campaign to console."
