Hello there,

I experienced a strange gameplay bug on Fallout 3. I am playing Vanilla with DLC, no Mods.

When I leave the Vault and target the low level critters there (dogs, molerats,...) with my pistol I NEVER miss in VATS, regardless of the Distance!!!

Pistol skill is about 19, no sneak no crouch.

Targeting humans works normal with misses and hits according to distance and weapons.

Has anyone else tested this?

Does anybody know why the game is acting so strange?
