I've been playing one char for a while now and thought i'd start a new one. So i went into my saves folder and deleted 183 saves and renamed the five left to 1 to 5 (I only changed the actual number), but when i load the game it asks if i want to load numbers 184 to 188.
Is there a way to get them as numbers 1 to 5?

The only way I can think of is deleting those saves and starting a new game, which would be pointless. It doesn't really have any effect on the game though. :shrug:
