Would somebody savvy in Blender please remove the two little branches on this flora_black_anther_02h? I want the two circled in red removed.

I tried removing the nose piercing for the bald hair style of the Dark Elves using Blender but it seems rather complicated to do that with nif files. Could somebody remove the 3 nose rings for me, please?
