Has anyone been successful running WAC with frans, OOO, MMM, or another overhaul mod ?

I love the armor and weapons from WAC, but would like to know if its possible to get another big mod to run with it

With my previous character and with my current one i am using both WAC and OWCND and have not encountered any problems.
