Has anyone else had this issue with the patch? I just started playing again after a month or so. I have the NCR Emergency Radio, but the NCR faction wasn't listed in my Stats until I talked with one, and it is back at Neutral. I'm guessing there is no workaround? I've already done a majority of the faction quests, so I don't know how I'm going to get my rep back up again.
