I'm new to this forum and registered to ask this question, please forgive me if it has been covered elsewhere:

I just purchased my Collector's Edition of Fallout New Vegas from Amazon and when it arrived the hardcover graphic novel was missing. The item shrinkwrapped when it was delivered and does not appear to have been tampered with. After receiving my CE, I read several Amazon reviews complaining about the same exact issue. Return requests did not solve the problem as those CEs were missing the book as well.

So what I am asking is if this an issue that Bethesda is aware of; and if so, is there any kind of replacement plan for the missing content other than requesting a return from Amazon?

It should come With the novel, mine did but i didn't order from amazon. I say raise hell at amazon

Yeah, I've already returned it for a replacement at Amazon, but the reports of people getting replacements with the same item missing has me concerned. The item was factory shrink-wrapped and likely missing on the pack-out/production end instead of being removed by Amazon. Looks like the book was just plain left out of numerous copies, which points to a problem Bethesda may be aware of.

Oh well. Unless Bethesda has an official solution I guess I'll just cross my fingers.

As far as I know our world, you'll never see the graphic novel unless your replacement has one. It's too complicated to start shipping them to folks who allegedly never received it.

Anyone can shrink wrap a box... But I would guess its an honest mistake where they packed them. I bought mine from Amazon, but luckily (I guess), mine did come complete.

The graphic novel should be there, I ordered the CE from Amazon as well and it came with the graphic novel. Other than that I really don't know what to tell you, although I doubt amazon will believe you tbh.
