Congrats Crytek, now we have boosters.

1. What do they do?

They enter in some empty Capture The Relay matches, go to the relay point and keep capturing/releasing the relay at the same time someone from the other team stays there, waiting.

2. How to ruin they?

Stealth, go to the enemy relay, kill everyone with grenade/JAW, Capture the relay and go to your base.
