I've done four playthroughs, but I've never sided with Yes Man. What happens when you do?

Siding with Yes Man is the Independent route with NCR, House, and Caesar's Legion making the other 3.

Now what nefarious deeds he does even with you basically the ruler of New Vegas? Who knows. Wouldn't trust such a being having so much access across systems.
