Quest Markers - Confirmed: all types can be toggled

Post » Fri Sep 16, 2011 10:05 am

Just started a new topic because it might get lost in the other, larger thread.

Question @CcKBiNCH "Can questmarkers above quest npc's heads be turned off?"
Reply @DCDeacon "Yes. When you turn them off they don't appear on map, in compass, or over NPCs."

Question @ihlvr "Just wondering though... exactly how can we turn them off?"
Reply @DCDeacon "In your quests menu you simply select indiv. quests, or whole categories (eg, Misc.) to turn the targets on/off."

My first experience with toggling quest markers was with DE:HR and... I liked it. So I'm glad to see this is going to be a feature in Skyrim.

Well its good for those who don't like those kind of things but I prefer having quest markers so i'll be leaving mine on because i'm lazy.

Wonderful.
People who want to spend 500 hours roleplaying a character - happy.
People with full time jobs/school/kids, with limited time to play - happy.
This ranks up there with map fast travel and carriages.
