I am planning to make my own Elder Scrolls browser MMORPG. However, I've got some questions about it:
- Is it legal? Can I use the whole Elder Scrolls universe and screenshots of the games in my own website? Will I be violating copyright laws? It will be non-comercial by the way .
- What do you think of the idea? Do you think the Elder Scrolls universe is suitable for an MMORPG? Let me know.
- Can you give me ideas for it? Like features or something?

Well that's it for now. I am the most interested in the first question because if it's illegal I won't do it. By the way, I know HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL so I think I'm capable of doing it. The only problem could be the language since I'm Dutch.

May be you should try talking to the moderator's first and see about this. It would be a cool idea though. Yeah just get approval first from Bethesda.

I'd say you're on risky ground from a legal point of view. Considering the whole 'scrolls' issue with minecraft.
