Issue with Cortex's Scripted Spells

Hello everyone. I've got a little problem with Scripted Spells...None of the spells work! I've used the mod many many times across multiple computers in the past and never had any problems. How about I give you all a look at my load order and we go from there? Any help would be really appreciated!

Yes, but I haven't been using it lately. I don't think SS requires mwse. Why do you ask?

What is "_041_ ExcellentMagicSounds.esp"? Scripted spells works by checking the player for dummy spells when certain sound IDs are heard (like alteration cast), but if something changes sound IDs it wouldn't work. Maybe my idea is farfetched but I don't see anything blatant in the load list. Does mlox give any relevant output?

I've also heard that GetSoundPlaying is unreliable on some systems (for reasons unknown) or sometimes if playing through WINE under Linux. If that is the case you may be out of luck.
