I've heard talk that Auriel's Ascension is on the Xbox ONLY if you have the GOTY edition, is this true?

That is what the UESP Wiki states, and I can add that I never heard "Auriel's Ascension" when I played the original release of Oblivion on my 360. It wasn't until I played the game on PC that I heard the track.

Hopefully someone who can confirm this will post.
