I think the only weapon I have never tried out was the All-American. I'm gonna make a stop soon to that Rad-Vault with that prototype Enclave-like Rad-suit in the Follower's Safehouse and get it and play with it...see if I like it.

Modded Hunting Rifle....hits pretty hard for how easy it is to come by...and you can put a scope on it to boot(still not as much of a staple as in FO3 though....)

Ditto, when you think about it, it's much more viable than the sniper rifle due to how it can be repaired with varmint rifles etc (jury rigging).

be careful giving 'oh, baby' out to your companions, they will usually use it till it breaks then drop it.

Cowboy Repeater. Never liked it first time around simply because of the name. I want military weapons, and generally dislike the whole 'Cowboy' theme running through New Vegas. But its a great weapon that works pretty much throughout the game, does decent damage and has a cool reload animation.

My favourite is still the Hunting Shotgun, though.

OK, I am totally in love with this gun. It's called the Pro Patria (from New Vegas Bounties 2), it's a modified 12.7 mm pistol....it does an additional 12 damage and is all rusty so it has this like futuristic cowboy look to it:

I've never bothered to get Mercy fully repaired before and actually stock up on enough ammo to use it until the past week and WOW I had no idea the thing was that powerful.
