All except Honest Hearts, which is shorter than the other DLCs, will last you around 5-10 hours

HH is the shortest questline. The other two are much longer.

However, HH has some excellent loot and touching backstory to make up for it.

Of course completion time will vary from person to person but DM took me about 7 hours, HH took a little over 10, and OWB was right around 15, HH has the shortest MQ but a really good side story kept me exploring, DM decent MQ but little to do otherwise almost nothing is gotten from exploring, OWB pretty long MQ and side quests with a good number of locations to check out.

Basically what other people said, Honest Hearts was shortest MQ wise but taking your time and exploration will increase your game time. DM had very little in the exploration department but it had very long quests. OWB is probably the best balance of free-roam and long quests, but I personally didn't like it very much. Either way, I think they're all worth it.

"HH took a little over 10 hours"
You can take much longer to do this dlc or if you like evil playthroughs it can take just a few minutes for HH. All the others, require a lengthy stay.

Depends on your playstyle. I took 12-15 hrs with dm, another 10-14 with HH, and another 20-25 with OWB first time 'round.. The only way you can find out for sure is to try it out yourself OP. :)

Well it honestly depends on what you do: if can do a quick playthrough where you basically just rush through the main quest line or you can do full/complete playthrough where you basically do every quest, explore all the locations, and find all the new items. Here's the quick and full playthroughs for each DLC:

Dead Money:
Quick: still take you about 4-5 hours to do, considering the main quest line is long
Full: 8 hours, maybe 10 if you svck

Honest Hearts:
Quick: 2-3 hours, main quests are short and enemies aren't too difficult
Full: 6-9 hours, lots of side quests to do plus many interesting locations to explore

Old World Blues:
Quick: Probably 3-4 hours, although the main quest line is short, the enemies are bullet sponges and extremely difficult to kill
Full: 9-12 hours, quite a few side quests, including upgrading the sink, and there are 35 distinct locations to explore plus many new items to find!

You get the most value out of each DLC if you actually do a full playthrough of each DLC. You might be thoroughly disappointed with OWB if you just did a fast playthrough and didn't explore the various labs nor unlock the many secrets & and technologies of Big MT. So I definitely recommend you take the time and play through each DLC and you should get a lot of value out of your investment :fallout:

I thought I was being really pokey after reading through the first few replies. Nice to see there is someone else that takes their time. :goodjob:

I always take my time, better to carefully explore than kick myself in the ass later for missing something I deem important. :)
