The above sticky tells you that you can't request bans unless you provide satisfactory video evidence that this cheater is cheating.

I could just as easily accuse you were cheating as well, but that won't get me anywhere. Screenshots won't help either, as I've seen pros who get scores like 30-3 (for example) and not looking like they were auto-aiming.

To adapt a well-known internet saying: "videos, of it didn't happen."
