Hey, was wondering if someone could recommend some good clothing mods. I'd like one (or few) that adds robes, hoods, shoes for my mages, but also some other clothing options for when I just want to hang out with the high society people in various fine establishments. I have male and female characters.

you might have to be more specific. Generally when I want clothing I'll just go to the nexus, sort descending most endorsed, and just browse till I feel like I'm not going to find anything else good. Also, you can search by author, once you find one clothing mod you like, see what else the author made and you might other good stuff. I just got some stuff from Korana, try checking him/her out. You also might need to make sure you pick body mod compatible clothes. If you use hgec, search for that one. You can still use clothes made for different bodies, it'll just look a little off, especially if your race has a non-standard skin color.
