well you must consider conversations now have to be built with everything going on in the world around you in mind; anything more complicated then some basic animation loops and the whole thing could go to hell the moment a hostile creature walks near, guards come to arrest you, they witness your crime while talking to you...just simply walking away from the conversation would probably be difficult to account for. all things considered, most conversations in the game probably wont look as good as the one with sven just considering the sheer number of situations you can converse in, especially with companions. all in all, i still say they did a fine job with the fluidity of the new conversation system, at least based on the marketing-approved videos we've seen. its a fine line between realistic conversations and characters looking like theyre not paying any attention to you (which probably says something about what RL conversations have become :dry: ) which is why most stories and whatnot tend to err on the side of over-attentive listeners and speakers.
