I've been making some new heads, and while I'm good with photoshop none of the existing head meshes look quite right for the faces I'm making.

I need a way to easily alter some of the existing meshes, or just create new ones entirely. It's small changes that are needed. I want to alter a head so that it looks much more like the person I'm trying to create, rather than just resembling them. A nose might need to be enlarged, a mouth might need widening etc.

I'm clueless when it comes to meshes or even what program(s) to use. I'm able to view meshes in Nifskope no problem but I don't think I'm able to edit them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
