so i formated my computer and installed oblivion right away putted my saaves in the fsave folder and started playing my battle mage then i noticed that when i talk to people that the subtitle(text) moves very fast like a general 3-4 line text is done in 3-5 sec and i still can see the lips moveing on the Npc Can some one help me with this?
