Lonesome Road Spoilers Thread

Post » Wed Sep 21, 2011 12:10 am

Seeing as there isn't one yet, I figured I'd make one. This will be a thread for people to post spoilers about Lonesome Road and everything in it.

To kick things off, something I found a few seconds ago and added to the vault: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/ED-E_(Copy)

Through the Bus at Canyon Wreckage, and I was right, the bus magically turned around.

Just found the lightning gun: Arc-Welder.

go to teh Canyon wreckage, and open the bus door :/ thats it, boom, and yeah, talk to him, and he opens up a small panel by the door in the room where he is in, its basically a vendor, I opened it up, repaired everything on me (paid of course) and then finally hit the weapons store on it..and got the red glare mods, I thought as I moved along I would find more interesting mods with it!..nope..instead -BLEEP- Achievment Unlocked :/ pretty sad...all it is is movement enhancers, like increases rockets speed, rate of fire, and zoom increase on aiming....yay?

Just saying the Arc Welder, lightning gun thing is right in the beginning so don't miss it. Also ED-E makes an appearence and his interactions are much better.

I also learned that ED-E is said like Eddy. I always just said the letters.

@ ruined requiem - I found that too on the destroyed eye-bot.

Is anyone else thinking that the first nuke you see could be launched with disastrous results?

Cool! I'm assuming you can find it early on then? How does it compare to the Desert Ranger armor?
And what kind of ammo does the red glare take?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just really excited about this DLC and I won't be able to play it myself for about 12 hrs.

oh, I didnt buy the armor yet, but the Red Glare takes Rockets, new ammo, unlike the Missile (hurr hurr, since both fire straight >_> ANYHOW lol) and I was looking at the blueprints on the wall in the 2nd room..pretty amazing, the design and reload procedure and collapse procedure make the Spartan Laser look like a plastic chewed up toy.

You mean besides the fact that it shoots a laser that destroys everything.
