I've heard that a few of the forum users have actually seen a character customization video; so this goes for you especially.

Do we know if we're able to change skin colour of characters like in oblivion? One of my hopes is to give my bosmer a bluish colour, or even to make him coloured similarly to the Orc..

On another note, I think people will want to make their characters the same colour as them (not all people, or even me.. clearly XD).

There seems to be a "Complexion" slider, so yes. I'm hoping it will be possible to play as a black cat (Khajiit) for character #2.

Yep, we can. But for I have seen, it's different: you can chose "sensible" colours (while in Oblivion you could have completely strange skin tones). I think what you want to do could be possible, anyway.

On your another note: watchig how so many people love Argonians so much, I don't think so.

Well, the presets for Argonians and Khajiit are all different colours, and most of the other races have variations in skin tone, but each race seems to have its own colouration. I'd imagine if you want a blue Bosmer you're gonna be disappointed - I'm pretty sure all Bosmer will be variations on that yellow-brown colour.
