Alright i'm new to the fallout genre and still trying to adapt. haha. but i just got LR and it says i should be level 25..... does this matter? :sadvaultboy:

Its just a suggestion, basically its recommended you are Level 25 because you'd be more able to handle the foes in the Divide at that level.
