What are your tips for Lonesome Road? I haven't gotten it yet, just got back from school 3 hours ago.

Any weapons, clothes, carrying tips for LR? What will we see in LR? I saw some screenshots and it looks like exactly what I've been hoping for! Something that looks like the APOCALYPSE IN THE BIG CITY!!!!!!! Have yet to play it, so share your tips here!
