I just got this achievement... The description says, "Decided the fate of all the Divide dwellers"... this is decidedly chilling to me considering I just launched a nuclear missile... Is this the way the story has to play out? Did I really kill people I haven't even met yet?! Is there a way around it or is it a "But Thou Must!" scenario?

Sorry for my skittishness... it's just that that was pretty disturbing... if this is the way the story is supposed to go, then that's okay, it puts another check in the 'Kill him' column for fooling me into doing that...
