I went with Amazon for the PC version. I love how awesome their shipping reliability is. I've had issues with gamestop/ebgames in the past. Though if you want "instant" access and you don't mind the absence of a physical disk, you can preload the Steam version and play it right at Midnight 11/11/11 I believe.
