Will you be able to see your legs?

Ha yea, everyone did that it oblivion which made the Havok seem like more of a nuisance. Regarding your earlier post though, I think a start's better than nothing, and even just seeing your feet should help prevent things like this lol.

Despite showing tha' the devs simply don' care about that technological novelty, which greatly enhances the dreaded "immersion" for me, I don't mind the absence of me legs more than I do Oblivion's and Fallout's first person character on rails. At least give us head bob.....

...and an option to turn it off, for all the people that it nauseates.

Or like in Arma2, adjust its intensity with a slider. For me, how much I can use of such "annoyances" are also dependent on the frame rates I get. I have it at about 30%, camera shakes enabled, and most post processing "annoyances" enabled unless frames are terrible.

It looks fun to play, but the environment does stuff too extreme, like the way when the enemies all of a sudden have the spikes sticking through them as they were pushed towards it, or the way fire can suddenly make an opponent catch fire right away and die. Also being able to kick someone like that and send them flying away so easily isn't very realistic. It looks fun against generic baddies though. The first person perspective doesn't seem completely right either. It looks sort of how it is with the mod for Oblivion that lets you see your legs, but your arms and weapon position is still the same as it would be as first person without the rest of the body.

So due to all these threads popping up constantly, it occurred to me to look down in the latest FPS I got. Deus Ex:HR... no legs. And it doesn't bother me.
