Who did you nuke, if you nuked anyone? I chose the Legion, does someone who chose the NCR want to tell me what happens, and what you found at the impact site?
I found some armor, the Armor of the 87th Tribe, along with the Red Victory Grenade Rifle. There was also a LOT of high-end ammo, and almost all of it was specialty ammo (AP, HP, Overcharge, etc).

If you nuke the NCR, you'll open up an outpost on the end of the long 15, behind Mojave Outpost. It'll have a bunch of ghoulified NCR heavy troopers, some NCR ferals ala Camp Searchlight, as well as an NCR Colonel in unique NCR power armor. Also, several high end weapons like plasma casters.

Obviously this will kill your NCR rep and shoot your CL rep through the roof.

If you nuke both, you'll open up both impact sites, and you'll gain Boomer and Powder Ganger rep because of how much mayhem you cause.

If you nuke neither you have to sacrifice ED-E and you get neither impact site - but you do get a lot of Followers and Brotherhood rep for stopping a second apocalypse.

No idea if people comment on who you nuke ingame though. They really should, but I'm not expecting them to.

Yeah, I've yet to meet anyone who mentions it. Maybe it will be mentioned on Radio New Vegas?
