I just got out of the first silo where I got Alternate ED-E, and Ulysses hijacked him to talk to me. He greeted me as if I was an NCR stooge, but I am pro-House. Did I not progress enough in House quests or something for him to consider me as House's right hand?

Or is it just Legion or NCR-based greetings?

If it's House, I'll be going back to do some House quests methinx. Or does it measure reputation?
