This is best suited for Melee and Unarmed weapons and stacks with the Slayer perk, giving you a total of +55% attack speed.
It also stacks with the Atomic! perk because "you are 25% faster and stronger whenever you're basking in the warm glow of radiation. Outside irradiated areas, your Action Points (AP) regenerate faster and faster the higher your level of radiation sickness becomes."
Perfect for those who are aligned with the Legion.

This is best suited for Energy Weapons, and Guns (if your primary weapon has at least a x1.5 critical % multiplier) and it stacks with the Better Criticals perk which gives you a total of +100% critical damage - devestating!

Unfortunately, due to bugs in Old Wold Blues I had to erase all my saved games and I just started 2 new games today after I downloaded the dlc, so I wont be entering The Divide any time soon. :sadvaultboy:
One of the reasons I didnt start a new game sooner is because I wanted to know what perks were in LR first. Well, I plan on getting "Just Lucky I'm Alive" for my new EW build but it's going to be very difficult to maintain a Neutral Karma level because of all the Gouls, Powder Gangers and Raider types you have to kill constantly. I hope Im not going to have look for civilians to murder all the time just to lose the Karma I gained from killing them.
Moreover, Im not sure if the +4 Luck is added to your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attribute if it's already maxed out at 10. Im staring at Doc Mitchell's Vit-o-Matic Vigor Tester as Im typing this so I would really like to know, like now..like right now.. :wave:
