What's Ulysses like?

Since I can't afford the DLC, I was wondering, what are your impressions of Ulysses? Is he a good guy? Bad? Morally grey? Black Elijah?

Anywho, care to share with me what he's like?

He talks way to dam much, sounds like he has a yeast infection in his throat, and is kinda a dike.
