Just wondering what happen to Arroyo. Iv been playing fallout:nv again and i bumped into Marcus, and opened the dialogue when he said "i traveled with a Tribal and we destroyed a oil rig, I gota feeling everything worked out for him"
so i was wondering whats the Status of Arroyo. did they get svcked into the NCR just like everyone else and became civilized like everyone else? i honestly have NO idea....it would svck if after everything in Fallout 2 Arroyo became just another town in the Fallout Universe.... i think somehow they are still tribal and still warship the Vault Dweller

i also hope Joanne Lunette somehow died for being a heartless and shrewd....

It was assimilated into the NCR.
