FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection

This morning after once again attempting to use this product, Lonesome Road, that I feel I was defrauded into buying, as it is clearly not even minimally functional, I decided to file fraud and deception claims against Bethesda Softworks and Obsidian Entertainment with the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I strongly encourage everyone else who purchased this piece of software, under the false pretense that it actually works, to follow suit and file formal complaints with the FTC. This is the only way this incredibly irresponsible company will ever learn its lesson and the only way any of us will get any measure of justice.

*snip*
Please join me in seeking legal redress from these companies that have been illegally taking advantage of us for far too long.

Discussing legal actions and "petitioning" others to do the same is not permitted on these forums.
