in red dead there was thieves landing, in mass effect there was omega, in fallout there was paradise falls. do you guys think there will be a town/city of the more shady, dastardly, sinful and mischievous inhabitants of skyrim :flame: :deal: :hubbahubba:

I don't think there will. Skyrim is going to be a lot about creating a functionally believable society.

Maybe an encampment. But nothing as well organized as a village or city.

I Hope there is something like Tortuga from Pirates of the Caribbean, full of thieves etc....
