So I'm going to the Midnight Release (don't let the avatar fool you, it's not me) and I want to ask a question that I find hard answering. Is it only the people that pre-order it to get the cloth like map or is it people that get he first batch of the game?

As far as I know, no. Pre-ordering the game gives you the heavy cloth-feeling map, in exchange for the normal paper map you would get if you bought a new game.
