First off, sorry if this was already answered. I'm either blind or they have apparantly removed the search bar from the forum, so I manually searched back a few pages and found nothing of this sort.

Is Skyrim on a new game engine? I have heard ALOT of talk for the last 2 years of you guys working on a new engine. I assume it is? If so can you guys give us any information on it? What is it called? Does it have better lighting than the horrid thing I don't even want to call 'lighting' in the Gamebryo engine? Thanks for any responses.
